The Election Commissioners Association of New York represents the dedicated election professionals serving in all 62 county Boards of Elections across New York State.
Our members work every day, in a bipartisan manner, to administer fair, secure, and transparent elections for all New Yorkers. While each county Board of Elections operates independently under the New York State Constitution, we are united by a shared commitment to public service and to protecting the integrity of our democratic process.
The ECA of New York supports election officials, encourages collaboration and professional development, and serves as a trusted resource for voters, policymakers, and communities across the state.

Kelly A. Miller-Simmons, Second Vice President
Kelly A. Miller-Simmons serves as Second Vice President. She is the Republican Commissioner for Columbia County and the Republican Chairman for Region 2.
Before beginning her career as the Columbia County Republican Election Commissioner in January 2020, Kelly served for eight years as an elected official in the Town of Copake. Her extensive experience in election administration has made her a respected leader in her community.
